About the role

Clubhouse Bistro has a dynamic culinary team operating multiple kitchens, with a strong commitment to quality and creativity. Clubhouse Bistro serves over 3000 guests per week in our flagship venue, providing a vibrant dining experience in a high-volume environment. We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative atmosphere where chefs can expand their skills and knowledge.

Key responsibilities

For Chef De Partie:

• Maintain quality control of meals being produced

• Be polite and courteous while interacting with our service provider

• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene and assisting with audit requirements

• Mentor and train apprentice chefs to enhance their skills and knowledge

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure

• Be highly organised and manage their own workflow within their kitchen section

For Apprentice Chefs:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of qualified chefs

• Learn various cooking techniques and kitchen operations

• Contribute to menu development and special events

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

• Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills

About you

For Qualified Chefs:

• Culinary qualifications and a passion for cooking

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere

For Apprentice Chefs:

• A genuine interest in pursuing a culinary career

• Basic cooking knowledge or experience is preferred but not required

• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges

• Strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork
