About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and commercially minded Influencer Campaign Manager to lead and grow our influencer marketing strategy across our beauty portfolio. Based in Sydney, this role will be responsible for identifying, managing and nurturing influencer relationships, delivering impactful campaigns, and creating authentic brand advocacy across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

Working closely with the Content Manager, Social Specialist, Senior Brand Managers and Product Development teams, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement and growth through innovative influencer and UGC partnerships.

Role & Responsibilities

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with brand objectives, campaign priorities and key product launches.
Identify, recruit and manage a network of nano, micro and macro influencers across relevant social media platforms.
Build strong relationships with influencers, creators and agency partners to deliver high-performing collaborations and long-term brand advocacy.
Manage influencer campaign delivery end-to-end, including briefing, contract negotiations, budget management, content approvals and performance tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure influencer activity is aligned with broader marketing, content and brand strategies.
Monitor influencer marketing trends, competitor activity and platform developments, providing insights and recommendations to optimise campaign performance.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years' experience managing influencer marketing campaigns, either in-house or within an agency environment.
Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging digital channels.
Proven experience working with influencers, content creators and talent agencies to deliver successful partnerships.
Excellent relationship-building, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong creative and visual eye, with experience developing and briefing content for social-first audiences.
Ability to analyse campaign performance data, generate insights and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
