We are looking for an experienced SEO & Paid Media Consultant (Paid Media Specialist) to work alongside our in-house Marketing Team and existing SEO agency. This role will focus on driving measurable growth through Google Ads and Meta advertising, ensuring our paid media investment delivers strong commercial outcomes and return on investment.

About the Role

As our SEO & Paid Media Consultant, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimising paid media campaigns that drive enquiries and bookings across our wedding, corporate and celebration brands.

Working closely with key stakeholders, you'll provide strategic advice, campaign management and performance reporting to maximise marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads and Meta.

• Create, launch and manage high-performing advertising campaigns.

• Optimise campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions and return on ad spend (ROAS).

• Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend effectively.

• Optimise audience targeting using first-party data and customer insights.

• Test and refine ad creative, messaging and audience segmentation.

• Monitor campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.

• Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency.

• Oversee Google Ads conversion tracking and attribution.

• Deliver regular performance reporting with clear commercial insights.

• Present strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Team and external SEO agency.

You'll have experience with:

• Google Ads Conversion Tracking

• Google Tag Manager (GTM)

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

• Meta Pixel

• Audience creation and sharing using GA4

• Attribution and performance measurement

Experience required

• Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.

• Strong understanding of Performance Max and Search campaign optimisation.

• Experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.

• Ability to interpret campaign data and provide strategic recommendations.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Experience improving ROAS, lead generation and customer acquisition.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience within hospitality, events or premium consumer brands is highly regarded.
