Senior Property Manager | Mernda | WFH | $100,800 + Super

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a well-established residential property management team in Mernda.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a clean and well-maintained portfolio of approximately 147 properties, with the majority located locally. You'll manage the portfolio end-to-end while working within a supportive team environment, with a genuine opportunity to progress into a Team Leader position over time.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing an end-to-end portfolio of approximately 147 properties
• Managing leasing and condition reports
• Building strong relationships with rental providers and renters
• Coordinating maintenance, inspections and tenancy matters
• Managing compliance and general portfolio administration
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring processes are followed
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle
• Working collaboratively with the wider Property Management team

What We're Looking For:

• Ideally 4+ years of Property Management experience
• Strong end-to-end Property Management experience
• Genuine passion for Property Management
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive and capable of working autonomously
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Genuine ambition to progress into a Team Leader position
• Experience with PropertyMe and Inspection Express preferred

• Monday-Friday
• 1 in 4 Saturdays
• Time off in lieu for Saturday work
• WFH available after the first 3 months
