An exciting opportunity has become available due to growth for an experienced Senior Property Manager or Property Manager to join a well-established residential property management team.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 125 residential properties, with the portfolio expected to grow to a capped 170 properties. You'll manage the portfolio end-to-end while being supported by a dedicated BDM who is responsible for bringing in new business.

This is a hands-on Senior Property Manager position suited to someone confident managing a substantial portfolio independently and looking for a stable, well-supported environment. The role is fully office-based and offers consistent Monday-Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm hours, with a 1 in 4 Saturday roster for opens and time off in lieu provided.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Managing an end-to-end portfolio of approximately 125 properties
• Managing the portfolio as it grows towards the 170-property cap
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with rental providers and renters
• Coordinating maintenance, inspections and tenancy matters
• Managing leasing, renewals and general tenancy administration
• Managing compliance and ensuring processes are followed
• Maintaining accurate records and property documentation
• Providing high-quality customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle
• Working collaboratively with the wider Property Management team
• Supporting the ongoing growth of the portfolio alongside the BDM

What We're Looking For:
• 4+ years of residential Property Management experience preferred
• Strong end-to-end Property Management experience
• Proven experience managing a substantial portfolio independently
• Strong knowledge of residential tenancy processes and compliance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and capable of managing competing priorities
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Confident working autonomously within a team environment
• Experience with PropertyMe preferred
