Security Plus is a manufacturing business specialising in shutters, doors, blinds and related products.

We are looking for a professional, organised and customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role supports our Sales Team by coordinating appointments, managing calendars, following up with customers and providing professional front-of-house and showroom support.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Booking appointments for Sales Managers and managing their calendars
• Following up with customers after sales appointments
• Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team member
• Providing reception and front-of-desk support
• Welcoming customers and visitors to the showroom
• Responding to general customer enquiries and providing appointment and product information
• Supporting the Sales Team with administration and appointment coordination
• Keeping the showroom clean, tidy and professionally presented
• Working with the General Manager to help keep showroom displays current and engaging.

About you

We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional and well organised, with strong customer service and communication skills.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience in sales support, reception, showroom or customer service
• Experience coordinating appointments and managing calendars
• Confidence speaking with customers by phone and in person
• Experience providing administrative support to a sales team
• Experience using a CRM system; Insyte experience would be an advantage but is not essential
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, email and calendar systems
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Be well presented, punctual and confident dealing with customers, visitors and team members.

Hours

This is a part-time role working:

• Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am – 12:30pm
