About the role
Grow Early Education Gunnedah is more than just a childcare centre; it's a place where bonds are formed, little hearts are nurtured, and dreams take root! We're looking for Educators to join our family of dedicated educators!
As a Casual Educator, you will be at the heart of our educational journey, actively engaging with our wonderful team, children, and families!

About your new role
Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assist in supporting a classroom by effectively engaging with children, families, Educators, and the wider community.
Network with relevant stakeholders in the local community.
Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
Contribute to the documentation of the children's skills and interests, and include a clear cycle of reflective practice.
Work in compliance with Government regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet our high-quality standards.
A little about you
Certificate III, Diploma or working towards or a higher qualification in children's services, as approved by ACECQA.
Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
Experience in an early childhood setting.
A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
