We are looking for a creative, driven, and multi-talented Videographer & Social Media Specialist to join our team in our Cairns office. If you have an eye for visual storytelling and know how to build an engaging brand presence online, we want you to help us showcase our projects, our team, and the impact of renewable energy.

The Role This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you will be the driving force behind our visual brand. You won't just be stuck behind a desk you'll be getting out into the field to capture the action firsthand. From shooting on-site solar installations to designing engaging graphics and managing our daily social media output, you will own the content creation process from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities * On-Site Content Creation: Travel to our project sites in and around the region to film and photograph live solar installations, our crew at work, and finished projects.

• Video Editing: Film + Produce polished, engaging video content tailored for various platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and our website).

• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and execute a content calendar across all major social platforms to grow our audience and drive engagement.

• Graphic Design: Create eye-catching digital assets, promotional materials, and brand graphics using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

• Brand Storytelling: Work collaboratively with the team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that highlight the benefits of renewable energy.

About You To be successful in this role, you should have a strong portfolio demonstrating your creative skills, an adventurous spirit for site visits, and a deep understanding of current social media trends.

Requirements: * Proven experience in Videography and Photography, with a strong portfolio of past work (both field and studio style).

• Proficiency in Video Editing software.

• Experience managing and growing Social Media channels for a brand or business.

• Solid Graphic Design skills (e.g., Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar).

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

• A valid driver's license for traveling to sites.

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Cairns for full-time work.

• Bonus: Experience operating a drone (and holding relevant licensing) to capture epic aerial footage of our installations is a huge plus!
