About the Role Permanent Full-Time opportunity Monday to Friday $33.65 - $36.95 per hour (DOE) plus 12% superannuation As the Administration Officer, you will be the welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, contractors and staff. You will provide high-quality administrative support, maintain accurate records, assist with enquiries, and support site operations including rostering, accounts, payroll administration and general office coordination. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional reception support for residents, families, visitors and staff. Respond to phone, email and face-to-face enquiries in a timely and helpful manner. Maintain accurate resident, staff and administrative records in relevant systems. Support rostering, timesheet, payroll and accounts processes as required. Assist with admissions, resident documentation and general correspondence. Coordinate office supplies, filing, scanning, mail and other day-to-day administrative tasks. Work collaboratively with clinical, care, lifestyle and management teams. Maintain confidentiality and uphold privacy, safety and quality standards. About You Previous administration or reception experience, ideally in aged care, health care, community services or a similar environment. Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems. A respectful, compassionate and professional approach when supporting older people and their families. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Professional personal presentation and a warm, welcoming manner.
