About the Role Permanent Full-Time opportunity Monday to Friday $31.36 per hour plus 12% superannuation. As our receptionist, you will create a friendly and welcoming experience for everyone who enters or contacts the home. You will manage incoming calls, greet visitors, respond to enquiries, maintain accurate records and support day-to-day administration across the facility. A welcoming workplace focused on respect, care and community. Key Responsibilities Provide a professional, caring and welcoming reception service for residents, families, visitors and staff. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to general enquiries promptly and courteously. Maintain visitor sign-in processes and support a safe, compliant front reception environment. Assist with general administration, including data entry, filing, scanning, mail, stationery ordering and document preparation. Support resident and family communications with sensitivity, confidentiality and respect. Assist with maintaining accurate records, reports and documentation as required. Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment that supports quality care outcomes. About You Previous reception, administration or customer service experience. Excellent communication and telephone manner. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and care. Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, visitors and colleagues. Experience in aged care, health care or community services is desirable but not essential. Ability to complete pre-employment medical, National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
