About the Role: We're looking for a friendly and organised Weekend Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our care community at Templestowe Grove Care Community. Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls and enquiries with care and professionalism. Offer a personalised touch, knowing residents by name and providing hospitality like a cup of tea. Support essential administrative tasks including managing mail, maintaining records, and assisting with rostering. Create a positive and organised environment at the front desk, ensuring a great first impression.
