We’re looking for an experienced Property Management Assistant to join our Mackay office full-time, supporting a strong and established Property Management team.

This role is ideal for someone who already understands the property management world, enjoys keeping things organised and moving, and wants to be part of a supportive team without necessarily taking on the responsibility of managing their own portfolio.

The role

Working closely with our Property Managers, you’ll provide hands-on support across the day-to-day management of our portfolios.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting Property Managers with day-to-day portfolio administration

• Responding to and assisting with tenant and owner enquiries

• Coordinating maintenance and liaising with trades

• Preparing property management documentation and correspondence

• Assisting with routine, entry and exit inspection processes

• Following up outstanding tasks and helping keep portfolios on track

• Updating property and tenancy records

• Managing keys, appointments and general PM administration

• Jumping in and supporting the wider team when needed

About you

Previous property management or real estate experience is required for this position.

We’re looking for someone who can bring existing industry knowledge to the role and hit the ground running with the support of our team.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in property management, ideally in an Assistant Property Manager, Property Management Associate or Property Manager role

• A good understanding of the day-to-day workings of a property management department

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• Confident, professional communication skills

• The ability to manage competing priorities and follow tasks through

• Confidence using property management software and technology

• A practical, positive and solutions-focused attitude

• A genuine team-first approach

• The relevant Queensland real estate registration/licence required to perform the duties of the position
