This is a 12 month contract covering maternity leave. About The RoleYou will deliver exceptional property marketing and campaign administration support within a high performing sales team on a 12 month contract, covering maternity leave. This is an all encompassing sales support role where your primary focus is keeping every campaign on track and delivered on time.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage all campaign advertising and marketing activity from listing to settlementMarket properties across print and digital platformsCoordinate advertising schedules and budgetsPrepare market and suburb reportsSet up new property filesProduce pre listing kits and listing presentationsSupport ad hoc marketing and administrative tasks as required
About YouReal estate administration and advertising experienceOutstanding client service skillsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work effectively and harmoniously within a highly supportive and successful sales teamExceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethicA can do attitude and genuine initiativeExperience with Box + Dice is well regarded but not essential
