Campaign Advertising Coordinator

Marshall White, the benchmark in Melbourne's premium real estate market, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Campaign Advertising Coordinator to support a high performing residential sales team at our Hawthorn office. This is a 12 month contract covering maternity leave. ABOUT THE ROLE

You will deliver exceptional property marketing and campaign administration support within a high performing sales team on a 12 month contract, covering maternity leave. This is an all encompassing sales support role where your primary focus is keeping every campaign on track and delivered on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all campaign advertising and marketing activity from listing to settlement
• Market properties across print and digital platforms
• Coordinate advertising schedules and budgets
• Prepare market and suburb reports
• Set up new property files
• Produce pre listing kits and listing presentations
  
• Support ad hoc marketing and administrative tasks as required

ABOUT YOU

• Real estate administration and advertising experience
• Outstanding client service skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a highly supportive and successful sales team
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• A can do attitude and genuine initiative
• Experience with Box + Dice is well regarded but not essential
