The Role

We’re looking a Part-Time (35 Hours) OR Full-Time (38 hours) Site Manager to lead our BONIIK x MYER Chatswood Concession!

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving sales performance and achieving targets within a department store environment

• Managing inventory, loss prevention and store operations

• Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

• Delivering exceptional customer experiences every day

About You

• Proven management experience in retail/hospitality (beauty preferred)

• Strong communication skills

• Passion for customer service and skincare

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Interest or knowledge in K-Beauty and skincare trends is highly regarded
