About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join this successful company that services mining, construction and heavy industry.
This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work within school hours, making it a great opportunity for better work-life balance, with hours that can work around your family commitments.
Based in Canning Vale, this is an office-based role working 20 to 25 hours per week and would suit someone who enjoys a hands-on finance position and is confident managing accounts receivable, credit control and customer collections.

About the RoleYour responsibilities will include:Daily Bank reconciliation including eftpos machine transactionsMonitor outstanding debtor accounts & following up outstanding invoices via phone and emailReconciling accounts & solving discrepancies where requiredRunning reports to manage & allocate any unallocated paymentsAssisting with on boarding new clients & conducting credit checks
About YouWe're looking for someone who is experienced, organised and confident across accounts receivable.
You'll ideally have:Previous experience in ARStrong reconciliation and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers on the phoneExperience using accounting software MYOB EXO if possible
