About The Role

As part of the Sales Team, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. If you’re a confident team player who thrives in a fast-paced food environment – we’d love to hear from you!

We’re open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 4.30am and 6.30pm, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

·         Deliver fast, friendly customer service

·         Preparing and serve high-quality food, beverages, and coffee

·         Assist the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.

·         Train, coach, and supervise Sales Team members to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

·         Maintain merchandising standards to create an inviting store environment

·         Follow Banjo's established Work Health and Safety (WHS) practices to help maintain a safe workplace.

What We’re Looking For

·         A positive, confident team player who enjoys delivering excellent customer service

·         Previous customer service experience is desirable

·         Reliable, well-organised, and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment

·         Someone who loves a challenge and is eager to learn, develop, and grow with Banjo's
