We have exciting opportunities available for enthusiastic Assistant Store Managers and Full-Time Team Members to join our team at Munno Para and other locations.

In these roles, you will work hands-on with your team across all store operations. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and help support their growth and career development while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is a full-time role (38 hours/week) working across a rotating roster over 7 days, including half the weekends and half the public holidays.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Onboarding and training team members

• Conducting performance reviews and supporting career development

• Recruitment and induction

• Assist the store manager with rostering and shift changes

• Building a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture

• Ensuring high-quality, great-tasting food that is well presented and expertly prepared

• Delivering fast, friendly, and memorable customer service

• Cash handling, banking, POS systems

• Cost control, stock ordering, and inventory management

• Maintaining OHS standards and supporting local marketing initiatives

• Previous experience in a management role desirable but not essential (for Assistant Store Manager positions)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Experience with administration, cash handling, and POS systems

• A positive, engaged attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
