Main Beach Property Services is a well-established boutique agency located in the heart of Main Beach. We are known for delivering personalised, high-quality service and for fostering long-term relationships with our landlords and tenants.

We are seeking an experienced Property Management Professional to join our friendly and supportive Property Management team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role, ideal for an experienced property management professional who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the management of a residential property portfolio

• Preparing and assisting with entry and exit condition reports

• Conducting routine inspections as and when required

• Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors

• Assisting with maintenance coordination and follow-ups

• Supporting lease renewals, arrears management and general administration

• Daily use of Console Cloud for property management tasks

• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal procedures

• Trust Account Management

About You

• Minimum 5 years' experience in residential property management

• Strong working knowledge of Console (essential)

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• High attention to detail, particularly with condition reports

• Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude

• Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team

• Trust Account Management experience

• Current QLD Real Estate Registration or Licence

• Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen
