With a well-established presence across Australia and continued business growth, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Service Administrator to join our Queensland Branch.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting a busy service team.

• Answer incoming sales and service enquiries from customers.

• Log, allocate, and schedule technician service calls.

• Liaise with customers regarding service bookings, updates, and enquiries.

• Prepare and process invoices.

• Provide general administrative support to the service department.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

• A positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Previous administration or customer service experience (service industry experience is advantageous but not essential).
