New Home Associate - Donnybrook

We are on the lookout for a New Home Sales Associate to join our team in Donnybrook on a 6-month contract, with the possibility to extend.

About Your New Career

During this exciting time in our customers’ home building journey, you will play an integral role for them during the initial stages of this exciting experience. This will look a little like:  

• Welcoming our customers into our new home displays and experience centres 
• Understanding their needs and providing them with the information they need to guide their visit through the homes 
• Helping our award-winning designs shine by taking pride in the presentation of our homes and sales suites 
• Keeping our product information and databases up to date to enable a great experience for our customers and Sales team 
• Getting in touch with our customers after their visit to check in and keep them connected to our team 

We are looking for someone with availability to work 35 hours a week every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

You are excited to explore the world of property and new home construction. You have a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and providing an authentic and engaging service to them as you help guide them to achieve their new home goals.

You are confident in your interactions with customers both in face-to-face and over the phone. You don’t shy away from conversations with new faces and value the importance of building meaningful relationships with your peers and our customers. With your positive attitude, you love kicking goals with your team and having a bit of fun while you’re at it!
