Based in the heart of Joondalup, this Monday-to-Friday position combines consistent hours, comprehensive training and hands-on team support to help you build the skills and confidence to succeed in customer service.

PACK & SEND operates 140+ locations across Australia, NZ, and the UK. Our Joondalup Service Centre helps businesses and individuals send everything from everyday parcels to fragile artwork and bulk freight.

We’re growing and need a reliable internal sales team member who thrives in customer service and enjoys winning sales.

The Role

As a Customer Service / Internal Sales rep, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

Your day will include:

• Preparing & sending accurate quotes using our in-house system (full training provided).
• Following up quotes and securing bookings - your conversions directly contribute to bonuses.
• Greeting walk-in customers and handling over-the-counter sales.
• Handling enquiries over the phone and emails.
• Managing customer service enquiries and coordinating with our operations team to ensure jobs run smoothly.
• Tracking deliveries and keeping customers updated.
• Complete general admin tasks.
• Escalate unusual, high-risk or non-standard matters to management.

What We’re Looking For

• Tech savvy & multitasking - Ability to navigate multiple screens and tabs simultaneously while actively listening to a customer and accurately logging notes.
• Attention to detail and a problem solving mindset.
• Enjoys an active workplace - Our customer service team works closely with our freight operations, so you’ll be comfortable being on your feet and handling packages throughout the day.
• Clear, confident verbal and written English.
• Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call centre, admin, pharmacy etc.).
• Enjoys structure, routine, and following processes.
• Permanent Australian work rights preferred.
• Full time availability (Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm).

(No freight experience required – we’ll provide full training.)
