Join a dedicated multidisciplinary team delivering innovative, person-centred rehabilitation services that help people recover safely and independently in their own homes. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality clinical care while leading service excellence across the Rehab@Home program.

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessment, intervention and evaluation for patients with complex rehabilitation and transitional care needs in community settings.
• Provide clinical leadership, supervision and mentoring to junior occupational therapists, Allied Health Assistants and students, supporting professional growth and excellence in practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, patients, carers and community providers to achieve safe, effective and person-centred care and discharge planning.

You are a compassionate and experienced Occupational Therapist who is passionate about empowering people to achieve their rehabilitation goals while contributing to a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.

• You hold current registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA) and demonstrate advanced clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
• You have experience managing complex rehabilitation caseloads and thrive working independently while contributing to a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
• You are an effective communicator who builds strong relationships with patients, families, colleagues and community partners to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
