Your New Role
Join a dedicated multidisciplinary team delivering innovative, person-centred rehabilitation services that help people recover safely and independently in their own homes. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality clinical care while leading service excellence across the Rehab@Home program.
Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessment, intervention and evaluation for patients with complex rehabilitation and transitional care needs in community settings.Provide clinical leadership, supervision and mentoring to junior occupational therapists, Allied Health Assistants and students, supporting professional growth and excellence in practice.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, patients, carers and community providers to achieve safe, effective and person-centred care and discharge planning.
About you:
You are a compassionate and experienced Occupational Therapist who is passionate about empowering people to achieve their rehabilitation goals while contributing to a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
You hold current registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA) and demonstrate advanced clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.You have experience managing complex rehabilitation caseloads and thrive working independently while contributing to a collaborative multidisciplinary team.You are an effective communicator who builds strong relationships with patients, families, colleagues and community partners to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
