About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with trade experience that is keen to start their career as a supervisor. You’ll be supported to learn and succeed in managing any size building projects across a wide variety of sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee building repair and rectification works

• Manage multiple small to medium-sized projects concurrently

• Engage and supervise subcontractors and trades

• Conduct site inspections, prepare scopes, and ensure work is completed to standard

• Maintain clear communication with strata managers, clients, and internal teams

• Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS, and company procedures

• Handle documentation including site reports, variations, and project updates

Who We’re Looking For:

• Motivated, reliable, and keen to learn

• Previous experience in the construction industry or trade background (highly regarded)

• Great communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to take on new challenges and grow within the company

• Current driver’s licence and white card (mandatory)
