Ferrari Brisbane is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Ferrari Approved Manager to develop and grow our Ferrari Approved pre-owned business. This is far more than a traditional used vehicle role. It is an opportunity to shape the strategy, build a market-leading inventory and become the trusted advisor to some of Queensland's most discerning automotive collectors and enthusiasts.

Working from our Newstead dealership as part of the sales team, you will enjoy significant autonomy while representing one of the world's most iconic luxury brands.

About the Role

As Ferrari Approved Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing Ferrari Brisbane's Ferrari Approved pre-owned business. You will source exceptional vehicles, build long-term client relationships and manage the complete sales journey from acquisition through to delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing exceptional Ferrari and prestige vehicles through existing clients, referrals and new acquisition opportunities.
• Developing and maintaining a portfolio of Ferrari Approved and prestige vehicles through consignment and outright purchase.
• Conducting vehicle appraisals and negotiating acquisitions that deliver outstanding commercial outcomes.
• Managing pricing, stock presentation and profitability to maximise business performance.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying and selling journey.
• Working closely with the new vehicle sales and aftersales teams to maximise customer retention and create lifelong Ferrari clients.
• Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities to strengthen Ferrari Brisbane's position in the prestige vehicle market.

About You

You are an accomplished automotive professional with a passion for prestige vehicles and a proven ability to source, negotiate and sell at the highest level.

You will bring:

• Proven success in prestige or luxury automotive sales, vehicle acquisition or pre-owned operations.
• Outstanding appraisal, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A demonstrated ability to source high-quality prestige vehicles through your professional network and customer relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitability, stock quality and customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build credibility with high net worth clients and collectors.
• A current Queensland Motor Dealer or Salesperson Licence, or the ability to obtain one.
