About the Role

Are you a tech-minded student, recent graduate, or up-and-coming professional looking to gain hands-on business experience while working directly alongside an experienced business owner?

We are looking for an energetic, proactive Digital & Operations Assistant with a sharp mind for tech and a genuine can-do attitude. You will be the owner’s right hand - helping streamline day-to-day operations, navigating modern software tools, troubleshooting tech, and ensuring projects run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Software Support: Quickly learn, set up, and manage various digital tools, web platforms, apps, and computer workflows.

Direct Owner Support: Assist the business owner with daily administrative, organizational, and digital tasks.

Communication & Coordination: Draft clear emails, coordinate with external partners/suppliers, and assist with general correspondence.

Problem Solving & Research: Troubleshoot tech roadblocks, research practical digital tools, and implement efficient ways of doing things.

General Tech Admin: Organize digital assets, maintain clean data records, and keep digital systems up to date.

Ideal Background: Current university student (IT, Business, Marketing, Design, or related fields) or recent graduate looking for practical, flexible work.

Location: Based in or near the Western Suburbs of Melbourne (having a driver's licence and reliable transport is a plus).
