About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our dynamic Sales Team, servicing clients and travelling throughout South New South Wales down to Canberra. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with proven experience in on-the-road B2B sales, preferably within the hair and beauty industry.

You’ll be responsible for managing existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities across a designated territory. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a client portfolio across metro and regional areas

• Build strong business relationships and deliver tailored product solutions

• Drive sales through strategic planning, account management and new client acquisition

• Promote and educate clients on our leading product range

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and deliver exceptional service

• Represent our brand with professionalism and passion at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven on-road B2B sales experience, currently in the hair or beauty industry

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and reliable with a proactive approach to sales

• Ability to manage a territory call cycle and travel as required

• Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills

• Ability to multitask, assess client needs and generate new business

• A hairdressing background is advantageous

• Valid New South Wales Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
