The team
Reporting to the Manager, Department of Rural Health, this role sits within the College of Health and delivers accommodation and wellbeing support for students undertaking rural placements. By fostering positive placement experiences and strong community connections, the role contributes to student success and supports the development of the rural health workforce.

Experience
To join our community and thrive in this role, you will likely have the following skills and experience:
Experience in providing support services to diverse groupsExperience in delivering high-level, professional customer service to internal and external stakeholdersProven ability to demonstrate well-developed verbal and written communication skills for interacting with a broad range of customers and stakeholdersDemonstrated experience in organisation and time management skills, with initiative to manage multiple prioritiesExperience using information systems and the Microsoft Office suite of programs
Special Requirements
You may be required to work outside standard hours, including evenings or weekendsThis role will involve travel locally, nationally or internationallyA driver’s license will be requiredAppointment is subject to a satisfactory Working with Children Check
Please note that although this position is a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026, it is supported through Rural Health Multidisciplinary Training funding and may have a possibility of extension.
