BMW Valet - South Yarra BMW (Full-Time)

South Yarra BMW, part of the award-winning, family-owned Jowett Motor Group, is looking for a BMW Valet who knows how to deliver a premium customer experience from the moment a customer arrives through to vehicle handover.

As a BMW Valet, you’ll play a key role in welcoming customers, coordinating their service journey, keeping them informed throughout the process, and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of the BMW brand.

About the role

As a BMW Valet, you’ll support the service team by welcoming customers, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth and positive service experience from arrival through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and manage all service customers as they arrive.
• Address queries and provide assistance, or direction in a courteous and professional manner.
• Liaise with Service Advisors and workshop staff to communicate customer needs, requirements or updates.
• Answer incoming calls, provide information to assist, or refer them to an appropriate contact, either within the business or elsewhere.
• Administrative support as required.
• Ensuring all customers receive the highest standard of service.

About you

You’ll bring:

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Impeccable personal presentation standards.
• The highest possible standard of customer service skills.
• Willingness to go above and beyond in the pursuit of customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience in customer service positions.
• The ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
