At Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD), we are committed to Trusted Care, Better Health for Everyone, and we are looking for a dedicated Local Roster Administrator to join our Workforce and Culture team.
About the Opportunity
As the Local Roster Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting safe, efficient and award-compliant rostering across the District. Working within the Establishment and Rostering team, you will provide expert advice, system support and guidance to roster managers, ensuring rostering works effectively in supporting the delivery of patient care, while making sure that staff are rostered correctly and in accordance with NSW Health Awards and rostering best practice.
This position is essential in supporting high-quality workforce operations and improving rostering outcomes across CCLHD. In this role you will:
