At Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD), we are committed to Trusted Care, Better Health for Everyone, and we are looking for a dedicated Local Roster Administrator to join our Workforce and Culture team.

About the Opportunity

As the Local Roster Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting safe, efficient and award-compliant rostering across the District. Working within the Establishment and Rostering team, you will provide expert advice, system support and guidance to roster managers, ensuring rostering works effectively in supporting the delivery of patient care, while making sure that staff are rostered correctly and in accordance with NSW Health Awards and rostering best practice.

This position is essential in supporting high-quality workforce operations and improving rostering outcomes across CCLHD. In this role you will:

• Provide expert rostering advice and platform support (HealthRoster) to managers and system users. 
• Monitor roster quality, payroll interfaces and pay outcomes, identifying and resolving risks, providing counsel around rostering practices, and implementing practical solutions to support award compliance. 
• Manage key rostering functions including user access, pay file processing, reporting and analytics, and improving our system governance. 
• Build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service, training and supporting continuous improvement.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience using HealthRoster or another rostering platform, with a strong understanding of rostering principles, payroll processes and industrial awards. 
• Well-developed analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience providing advice, training and support to a wide range of users. 
• A collaborative approach, commitment to first-class customer service, and helping deliver high-quality workforce service with purpose whilst having some fun in a small team. 
• A current unrestricted NSW Driver Licence.
