About the role

The Directorate Coordinator, Workforce Strategy, provides executive and project support to the Director, Workforce Strategy and the broader team to ensure the effective operation of the Workforce Strategy Directorate. This is a key role in the team, ensuring the efficient coordination of day-to-day operations, delivery of workforce programs, supporting workplace culture and advancement of strategic initiatives aligned with departmental priorities.

Qualifications

Essential: Nil

Desirable: A relevant tertiary qualification

Special conditions

The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.

The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration

ASO4  $82,212 - $86,180 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading
