🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Learning all aspects of the joinery trade under supervision

• Operating CNC machinery, panel saws, edge banders, and other workshop equipment

• Assisting with measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing cabinetry components

• Reading and interpreting plans with guidance from tradesmen

• Working as part of a supportive, skilled team

About the Role:

• Measure, cut, assemble, and finish cabinetry components

• Read and interpret design plans to determine project requirements

• Operate workshop machinery such as panel saws and edge banders

• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

• Ensure all work meets high-quality craftsmanship standards

• Capable to be sent on-site to assist with completion of works if necessary

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Joiner/Cabinet Maker

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a custom joinery or cabinetry business

• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when needed

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing top-quality work

• A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

• A valid driver’s license (to assist with deliveries if required)
