• Business Analyst (Level 2) Eliciting requirements, analysing business processes, and bridging the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Change Manager (Level 3) Developing and executing change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Change Analyst (Level 2) Assisting Change Managers in communications, training, and impact analysis during organisational change.
• Scrum Master (Level 2) Facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and guiding development teams in Agile delivery.
• Agile Coach (Level 3) Mentoring teams in agile practices and leading agile transformation initiatives.
• Portfolio Manager (Level 3) Managing a portfolio of projects, prioritising initiatives and optimising resource allocation at the enterprise level.
