ABOUT THE ROLEWe're seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our Balgowlah showroom team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth while building a high-performing team in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
You'll take ownership of showroom operations, sales performance, and team development while delivering exceptional customer experiences that build long-term client relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead and manage showroom operations, ensuring exceptional customer service standardsDevelop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and exceed targetsMentor and coach team members to achieve peak performanceProcess orders and manage client inquiries through Shopify with precisionOversee showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and stock managementCoordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for seamless operationsTrack client interactions and provide insights on customer trends
ABOUT YOUProven showroom or retail management experience (preferably furniture/premium lifestyle brands)Strong leadership and sales coaching skills with track record of exceeding targetsPassion for exceptional customer service and design/furniture interestExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesProactive, hands-on approach with solutions-focused mindsetAvailable to work weekends with flexible schedulingKeen eye for detail and brand presentation standards
