MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST

CASUAL ( 2-3 days / Wk )

Curewell Medical is seeking an experienced medical receptionist to join our team.

We are a growing practice with a friendly, family orientated culture,

We are looking for someone who

• Has a minimum 1 year experience as a Medical Receptionist in General Practice

• Has experience with Best Practice software

• Is confident, reliable and has a friendly personality

• Has excellent verbal and communication skills with a professional phone manner

• Has the ability to manage tasks within a busy workplace setting

• Has good computer literacy

• Has a high standard of presentation

• Has the ability to work independently or with a team

• Has the ability to be flexible, available to cover shifts when required for sick and annual leave, open and closing shifts

• HotDoc experience is desirable

Monday- Friday only.

Hourly rate in accordance with experience level.

Duties would include reception, appointment bookings, billing and general administrative duties.
