About the role

Safetech Pty Ltd is seeking a Service Co-Ordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Mount Waverley, VIC. As a Service Co-Ordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services. You will be the essential link between our customers, our service teams, and our operations, helping to maintain the high standards of service excellence that Safetech is known for.

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate:

• Proven experience in scheduling and managing multiple jobs simultaneously

• A proactive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills to ensure exceptional customer service through regular updates and interactions

• Ability to proactively seek solutions and demonstrate sound judgement.

• Willingness to learn the technical aspects of our products and services

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and process orientation

• Clear and professional verbal and written communication

• Experience with purchase orders and work order coordination

Bonus Skills (Highly Desirable)

• Knowledge of workplace safety compliance and process documentation

• Background in construction or trade services

• Experience in project coordination and planning

• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP system.
