About the role
O Landscapes is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to lead and oversee significant landscape construction projects from conception through to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and oversee all landscape construction projects from initial brief through to final handover
Manage project budgets, timelines and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within financial constraints
Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment
Monitor site activities, inspect work quality and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, specifications and progress reports
Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimise delays and cost overruns
Lead and coordinate site teams, contractors and subcontractors to deliver projects safely and efficiently
Resolve issues and challenges that arise during project execution in a timely and professional manner
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations
What we're looking for
Project management experience in landscape construction or a related construction discipline
Demonstrated expertise in managing projects of varying complexity and scale
Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods, materials and industry best practices
Proficiency with project management software and tools, including scheduling and budgeting applications
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
