Super Green Electrical is a growing renewable energy company specialising in high-quality residential solar and battery solutions. We are expanding into the east Gippsland region and are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales & Marketing Consultant to help grow our local presence.

About the Role

This is a diverse role that combines field sales, customer service, lead generation, and marketing. You'll be responsible for helping homeowners find the right solar and battery solution while building strong relationships throughout the entire customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand their energy needs and provide professional advice.
• Conduct in-home consultations and prepare solar and battery quotations.
• Explain system options and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up on enquiries and manage customer relationships from the initial consultation through to installation and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with the installation team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Represent Super Green Electrical at shopping centres, local events, expos, and promotional stalls to generate new leads and increase brand awareness.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, referral partners, and the local community.
• Manage enquiries from the company website, social media platforms, and other online channels.
• Assist in managing the company's online marketing activities, including social media, Google Business Profile, and digital advertising.
• Help create marketing campaigns and local promotional activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using the company CRM system.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in sales with a proven ability to build rapport and close deals.
• Friendly, professional, and confident when communicating with customers.
• Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willing to learn about solar energy, battery storage, and renewable energy solutions.
• Comfortable attending shopping centre displays, community events, and promotional activities.
• Experienced with social media and basic online marketing (preferred but not essential).
• Holds a current Australian driver's licence and has reliable transport.

Previous experience in the solar, electrical, construction, home improvement, or renewable energy industry will be highly regarded but is not required.
