Barclay Pearce Capital  is seeking an experienced Telemarketer to join our team.

This is a phone-based client engagement role focused on generating and qualifying leads, re-engaging existing and prospective clients, and connecting suitable opportunities with our Advisors and Portfolio Manager.

We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone and understands financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients

• Re-engage clients and prospects within our existing database

• Generate and qualify new leads

• Identify client interest and potential opportunities

• Connect qualified opportunities with our Advisors and Portfolio Manager

• Follow up previous enquiries, leads and client conversations

• Maintain accurate call notes, follow-ups and client information in our CRM

• Work closely with our Asset Management team.

• Meet agreed call, engagement and lead-generation targets

About You

• Minimum 3 years' experience within financial services is essential

• Previous experience in client engagement, lead generation, telemarketing or a similar phone-based role

• Experience may include banking, wealth management, stockbroking, investment management, financial advice, capital markets, lending or other relevant areas within the broader financial services industry

• Strong understanding of the financial services environment

• Confident and professional phone manner

• Excellent communication

• Comfortable speaking with investors and prospective clients

• Strong follow-up and organisational skills

• Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven
