The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Project Manager responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of software development initiatives.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills is key to this role along with an understanding of how your role contributes to business strategy, growth and exceeding customer expectations.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Software Development Manager and CEO, balancing project management responsibilities with business analysis expertise to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope. The atmosphere is fun, consultative and focused on delivering best of class products to our global client base.

About you

Essential

·        5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a combined PM/BA role

·        Experience delivering software development or digital transformation projects

·        Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

·        Experience working within Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid environments

·        Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business requirements

·        Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project

·        Background in Channel focused IT operations and an understanding different pricing models

·        Ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders including Developers, Sales, Marketing Teams

·        Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.

·        Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.

·        Proven excellent data literacy skills

·        Working with Global Support Team and providing technical back up as required;

·        Organising and carrying out product training where necessary.

 Desirable

·        Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business (preferred)

·        Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

·        Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or equivalent.

·        Scrum Master or Agile certification and experience
