Nestled in the beautiful Macedon Ranges, Lancemore Macedon Ranges and Cleveland Estate are two premium Victorian hospitality destinations renowned for weddings, conferences, corporate events and exceptional dining experiences.

As part of the award-winning Lancemore Hotel Group, we’re looking for talented Casual Chefs to join our culinary teams and work across both properties.

Whether your passion lies in event catering, conferences, weddings, or restaurant-style service, this is a fantastic opportunity to work across varied service styles, gain experience across two unique venues and be part of a supportive and passionate hospitality team.

About The Role

Working across Lancemore Macedon Ranges and Cleveland Estate, you’ll be part of our kitchen teams delivering high-quality food experiences across weddings, conferences, corporate events, functions and dining operations.

With the properties located only 10 minutes apart, you’ll have the opportunity to experience two different venues while remaining within the same local area.

Key Responsibilities Include

Preparing and plating dishes to a high standardSupporting the team with service flow across restaurant and event operationsMaintaining a clean, safe, and well organised work areaAdapting to changing service demands and team needs

What We’re Looking For

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) is essentialExperience in à la carte and/or banquet-style kitchens is highly regardedUnderstanding of Australian food safety and HACCP principlesCalm under pressure with a reliable, can-do attitudeAvailability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (as rostered)Work rights in Australia
