Salary: $170,000 - $195,000 + Superannuation

Our goal is to build a self-sufficient and empowered team here on the ground in Australia. We’re well on our way, but until we get there we still have some reliances on our UK team. Being comfortable working flexibly for a portion of your working week to cover time zones is required.

What will I be doing?

As Senior Client Delivery Manager, you'll own the end-to-end client relationship — spanning new implementations and migrations through to steady-state support and continuous improvement. You'll be a part of leading and coaching your delivery team, setting the standard for how Kaluza shows up for its clients and creating the conditions for your team to do their best work.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Lead the delivery of complex, multi-workstream client programmes, owning governance design, ways of working, and accountability for outcomes from kick-off through to go-live and beyondCoach and develop your team of delivery contributors, providing the context, frameworks, and hands-on support they need to grow and succeed on the programmeBuild and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders — including C-level — acting as a credible, strategic voice for Kaluza at every stage of the engagementOwn the management of risks, dependencies, and blockers across your portfolio, escalating and resolving with paceBalance client flexibility against platform efficiency, holding the line on Kaluza's roadmap where it matters and advocating for the platform strategy over bespoke one-off buildsPartner closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape solutions that make the best use of existing capability — and push for new capability when it's genuinely neededProactively identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and Kaluza's own ways of working, not just respond to what clients ask forCommunicate progress, risk, and decisions in a way that lands clearly at team level and at leadership level

About You

Ideally you'll have/be:

Extensive programme and delivery management experience — you've personally led complex, multi-stakeholder technology or software implementations, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise context, and you know what good looks like at every stageA track record of leading and coaching delivery professionals, giving your team the context, challenge, and support to grow and deliverComfortable operating across the full stakeholder range — from developers and architects through to C-suite — and adapting how you communicate for each audienceStrong commercial and strategic thinking — you understand the business context behind a client's requests and can propose delivery approaches that meet their needs without compromising platform strategyA genuine bias to action: you recognise what matters, move on it, and communicate progress without needing to be askedConfident influencing and challenging — at Kaluza and with clients — when you can see a better path to the same outcomeTechnically curious enough to engage credibly with platform detail (data, APIs, configuration), verify what Kaluza can and can't do, and find those answers yourself where possibleResilient and adaptive — comfortable holding momentum through long, complex transformations and adjusting ways of working as an engagement evolves, always favouring earliest delivery of value over a perfect planHighly organised with sharp critical thinking: able to rapidly make sense of complexity, manage competing priorities across a portfolio, and keep multiple workstreams moving at once

What Will Set You Apart

Experience in the energy or utilities sector — billing, demand management, or smart technology — isn't a must, but is a real plusPrior consulting or professional services experience, particularly across technology transformation programmesHands-on familiarity with agile delivery tools and practices — Jira, Confluence, and the like
