Commercial and Car Park Manager

Karidis Corporation Limited is a leading property development company in South Australia, with extensive portfolios of residential, commercial, industrial, retail, and car park assets.

With ongoing expansion and new developments, we require a dynamic manager to oversee both operational and commercial management of our car parks to ensure maximum occupancy, optimal asset performance, and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Day-to-day management and operational support for all car park and commercial property sites

• Supervision of car park attendants and coordinate property management teams.

• Compliance with WH&S and other legislative requirements

• Preparation and presentation of management reports

• Coordination of all aspects of leasing arrangements

• Work with marketing professionals to conceive and implement marketing initiatives to develop and maintain business

What we are looking for: 

• Operational and management experience - minimum of two years in a similar role

• Well organised with high level of administrative skills

• Excellent customer service

• Energy and initiative to drive business

• Car Park, Commercial Real Estate or Property Management experience is well regarded

• Computer literacy with knowledge of Excel, Word and Xero (or similar) 

• Current drivers license and own transport is essential
