Branch Operations Manager

Telescope Tyres Group | Full-Time | Central Coast, NSW

Telescope Tyres Group is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Central Coast branch.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on customer service, workshop productivity, stock control and supporting the branch and Regional Sales Manager to achieve sales and performance targets.

Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the branch and Regional Sales Manager to achieve daily and monthly targets

• Delivering a consistently high level of customer service

• Managing customer enquiries, quotes, bookings and follow-up

• Identifying sales opportunities with new and existing customers

• Leading the workshop, field service and branch operations teams

• Managing job scheduling, workflow and technician productivity

• Ensuring customer work is completed correctly and on time

• Maintaining accurate stock levels and controlling stock losses

• Managing branch operating costs, labour and consumables

• Maintaining vehicles, workshop equipment and branch assets

• Driving workplace safety, compliance and high-quality workmanship

• Coaching staff and building a disciplined, customer-focused team

• Identifying operational issues and improving branch efficiency

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• At least three years’ experience in branch, operational or workshop leadership

• Strong customer service and sales-support skills

• Strong knowledge of the tyre, automotive or related service industry

• Proven experience leading and developing a team

• A strong understanding of workflow, stock and cost control

• A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving

• A genuine commitment to safety and customer service

• The ability to hold people accountable and deliver results
