Our new Surry Hills venue in Sydney is opening in late September, and we're seeking experience customer service ambassadors to join the team and play a key role in bringing the experience to life.

Please note: Our recruitment process for our new Surry Hills venue team will commence in early September. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an initial phone screening, with those progressing to attend a group recruitment day in mid September. Successful applicants will commence onboarding and training in mid September ahead of our late September opening. To be considered for a role, candidates will need to be available for the following:

Early September: Recruitment commences and shortlisted candidates invited to a phone screening. Successful candidates will attend a group recruitment experience the following week.
Mid September: Successful applicants commence onboarding and training.
Late September: Surry Hills venue opens.
Role Purpose

The Bathhouse Attendant is responsible for enabling exceptional guest experiences, while supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the venue, with generosity and true hospitality at the core.

Key responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

• Create a welcoming, comfortable, and personalised experience for all guests, including recognising and engaging returning guests.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members to ensure a seamless experience.

  Inform guests about venue facilities, services and products, demonstrating strong product knowledge.

• Assist with guest bookings as required including check ins, encouraging rebookings, troubleshooting and checking out.

• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work across multiple disciplines to support guest needs.

Operational Standard, Safety & Care

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilisation standards across reception, bathhouse, massage studios, and all areas of the facility.

• Replenish stock including laundry, amenities, food and beverage items, and hygiene supplies.

• Ensure all operational and service protocols are followed and upheld at all times.

  Ensure guest safety and comply with OHS requirements and procedures.

This role requires flexibility in working days and hours/shifts, with an ability and willingness to adhere to reasonable adjustments to working days and times in-line with operating hours of the business.

This role may be required to undertake additional duties from time to time that are reasonable and consistent with the purpose and level of the position.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role in either venue, spa, hospitality, or wellness.

• Demonstrated ability using digital systems for bookings
