Chiropractic Assistant (Part-Time) – PerthChiro Forrestfield

We're looking for a professional, warm, and highly organised Chiropractic Assistant to join our team at our Forrestfield practice.

PerthChiro is the largest group of chiropractic practices in Western Australia. Our locations are St Georges Terrace, Armadale, Byford, Baldivis, Butler, Cockburn Central, Forrestfield and Morley.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time position working in Forrestfield (afternoons until 6pm):

• Tuesday afternoons

• Thursday afternoons

• Saturday mornings (essential) split shift between Cockburn Central and Forrestfield

• Additional hours are available based on flexibility at our other locations

• Please note, there is no opportunity for full-time hours

You'll be the face and voice of the clinic, responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences while keeping the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your role will include:

• Welcoming and assisting patients

• Managing appointments and front desk operations

• Handling phone and email enquiries

• Supporting chiropractors with patient flow and basic clinical assistance

• General administrative tasks

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, compassionate, and naturally great with people

• Confident communicating both in person and on the phone

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Proactive, reliable, and able to take initiative

• Comfortable in a busy, team-oriented environment

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous admin or reception experience (healthcare experience highly regarded)

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

• Excellent time management and multitasking ability

• Professional presentation and communication

• Australian work rights are required for this position

Flexibility

While this role is based in Forrestfield, occasional shifts at nearby clinics (e.g. Cockburn Central, Morley and CBD) may be available but not essential—flexibility is highly valued.
