Sales Support Specialist - Construction

Acrow Engineering and Construction is a leading provider of smart, integrated construction systems across Formwork, Industrial Services and Commercial Scaffolding in Australia. Enhancing our portfolio are Falsework and Shoring, Screen Solutions, Jacking Systems (also known as Jumpform), and SuperDecks, complimented by our advanced engineering capabilities.

We are now seeking a Sales Support Specialist for our NSW Formwork portfolio. 

Acrow offers equipment and system hire, design & sales solutions to customers - and you will be responsible for working alongside Account Managers to help achieve sales and hire targets across the Formwork portfolio. 

Using your existing, technical knowledge and broad commercial attitude, you will work with Account Managers from the initial stages through to the close out of projects, including helping to develop and deliver tailored project-specific solutions.  You will be expected to deal confidently with customers, but you will also play a crucial role in coordinating Acrow’s internal resources on each customer project – including design & engineering,  operations, and finance & administration.

By gaining “on the job” practical experience, this will supplement your existing experience or qualifications, and help you develop a future career path with Acrow.  The right person in this role will make an immediate impact in supporting the team to achieve results – however the position should also be seen as a development pathway to more senior roles within Acrow for aspiring candidates – either as a Formwork Account Manager or in other areas of Acrow’s business.
