Commercial Formwork Account Manager

Acrow Engineering and Construction is a leading provider of smart, integrated construction systems across Formwork, Industrial Services and Commercial Scaffolding in Australia. Enhancing our portfolio are Falsework and Shoring, Screen Solutions, Jacking Systems (also known as Jumpform), and SuperDecks, complimented by our advanced engineering capabilities.

We are now seeking an Account Manager for our Commercial Formwork portfolio.  The key objectives of the role are to grow the portfolio through - managing and deepening the business relationships with existing clients, as well as developing compelling business cases with new customers. 

Acrow offers equipment and system hire, design & sales solutions to customers - and you will be responsible for achieving sales and hire targets across the Commercial Formwork portfolio.  You will be the key contact with customers from the initial stages through to the close out of projects, and will be tasked with proposing and delivering a tailored project-specific solution – as a combination of sales & hire of equipment & materials.  The role involves bringing together technical & practical knowledge along with sales & account management experience. 

To ensure the smooth delivery of project solutions, you will play a crucial role in coordinating Acrow’s internal resources on each customer project – including design & engineering,  operations, and finance & administration.

Key to your success will be your pragmatic approach to delivering outcomes whilst managing risk for all stakeholders.  You will be a highly effective communicator, a solutions-focused negotiator, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor in this space.

Applicants with demonstrated experience in the formwork industry are preferred – be that “on the tools” or in an engineering capacity.  However, if you are looking to move into the formwork sector from an adjacent sector, and if you feel that you tick most of the following boxes, then we would welcome your application:
