Aged Care Registered Nurse

As we continue to expand our services, we are actively seeking Registered Nurses who are fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established standards.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff in Cantonese and/or Mandarin.

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.

Conduct assessments and monitor residents' health and well-being.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration.

Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is essential.

Previous experience in aged care or a similar setting is advantageous, but not obligatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Compassionate and dedicated to providing person-centered care.

Applicants must be willing and available to work night shifts as required by operational needs.
